The Open Insurance Initiative has joined two high level, UK based, innovation hubs to receive the benefit of a regulatory compass and to make sure research is focused on solving today's challenges.

Our community of companies is growing steadily and we want to capture their pioneering spirit and engage them in as many settings as possible.

This is where dialogue and practical experimentation are combined with rigorous research to develop the concept of Open Insurance.

Our work aspires to mobilise the community to work together to resolve the challenges of open APIs and sharing access to data.

The OPIN Innovation Lab aims to equip policymakers, insurers and startups with the insights to prepare the insurance sector for tomorrow’s platform powered ecosystem.
